We booked over a week in advance and provided our destination...which is an hour and a half from the SLC airport. Upon arrival our driver pulled up and said “yeah I’m not going to Logan tonight, no way.” When I was in complete shock, as we are in a city that we have never been to, and because it was 9pm and therefore hard to arrange another ride, he just shrugged his shoulders and told us “I don’t know what to tell ya”. I complained to the company and told them he was completely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, they said “sorry we sent the wrong guy”, and sent someone else. This driver got us to the destination, but couldn’t seem to understand us when we were asking to be dropped off at the front door of our hotel instead of the middle of a parking lot. We are so glad this experience is over and will never use this service again.

Driver was nice but company send a Volkswagen Tiguan for 4 adults 4 pieces of luggage and 4 carry on’s. Didn’t think we were gonna fit everything. Squeezed in holding some of our luggage. Contacted company and their response was “then you should have ordered 2 cars!” Well then maybe u shouldn’t give the option of 4 people with luggage. No compensation. Nothing. Just “do you need another vehicle?” It’s 530am and we have a flight to catch....no time for that. Think before booking

My driver was nice but 35 minutes late to pick me up. I have used other private pick ups before during crowded holidays season and have never had to wait more than five minutes at the latest. The pick up area was not organized, there were several near accidents, and a trunk open as a driver left. I will not use this private pick up again.

One hour late for a trip to the airport. The driver was great though.

the first driver showed and didn't have the correct ending address matter of fact it was pick up lax and end at lax (like who does that)when in fact i live 1 1/2 hours away. he refused to take me and my 2 kids home because he wanted a quick fair. the 2nd driver had the same destination but took us on the long journey home. i appreciate they sent another car right away (hence the 2 stars) but i wonder if the wrong destination was put in purposely so to 'trick' a driver into accepting a quick route and hoping they would just take on the longer one. seemed shady. but at least this time they showed up. on the first leg of the trip they didn't even bother showing or responding. i had to obtain my own transportation.

It's just Lyft.... I used this service thinking it was an independent company, and it turns out they just called me a Lyft. The driver was confused, I was confused, we ironed it out and I got my ride home... but I could've just called my own Lyft. Next time I'll do that.

The first driver was late and then once he got there and he asked where I was headed since he had no idea he declined the drive. A new driver was finally located but I left the airport an hour after I was supposed to.

It took an hour for them to get an Uber to pick us up. Yes, an Uber. Then, the Uber driver wasn’t given the right address. When we fixed the address (about two hours from the airport) our driver wasn’t happy (for good reason!) because he was only supposed to do short trips that night. After talking and figuring out that our issues weren’t each other’s, we had a pleasant drive. (As much as possible with a hungry, tired 1-year old!) LAXride also instructed us not to tip in cash but instead to tip drivers using a link on their site. Well, I certainly didn’t want to tip LAXride, and because I didn’t have cash, and didn’t even have an Uber app, I didn’t tip at all. The whole thing was just interesting. Our driver was fantastic. But he had no idea he was working with a third party so had nothing to do with LAXride.
