Good service easy comfy stress free ride✊

Not what I thought at all. The ride to tje airpprt was fine. The ride home was a mess. I provided flight info, texted tjem when I landed and tje contacted Uber after I had all my baggage. I could have contacted Uber and gotten it quocker. I thought this was a legitimate car service, but they brokered Uber much slower than I could have. I do not recommend using them. Get your own Uber and save time and money.

Never heard of this company but they were prompt and courteous. It was very easy making the reservation and they kept in contact and had great follow up. Will definitely use them again. Did I mention the price was reasonable?

I used this car service twice. It took me two times to realize what type of scam it was. They are basically the middleman for Uber. It is not a private car service. Not only that but when I tipped my driver he never received it. I know this because I decided to give him my number and us stay in touch to make sure he got it. After realizing it was an Uber that I was taking I was unsure he would get the money after it going through an outside company. The company said that the tip got held up in the bank and is automatically refunded when it is denied. This I do not believe because it was refunded when I emailed them. I am sure they did receive the $10 and would have probably kept it if I did not look into it. They eventually refunded it. This was after not responding to my text message originally. They do not accept phone calls, you can only communicate to them by text or email. So I have to follow up with an email. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them. I truly believe it's a scam Uber is the same price or cheaper.

After booking and paying for this ride 4 months in advance, the driver arrived at the airport and told my 2 young women (18 and 21) that the drive was too far and he couldn't take them. He removed their luggage from the car and told them to get out. HE LEFT THEM ON THE CURB AT THE AIRPORT IN A STRANGE TOWN!!!! Unacceptable. There is no # to call Laxride, so I had to text them about the situation. They did send another driver later, but the damage was done. On the return trip the driver showed up late and my girls almost missed their flight home. If you want reliable service DO NOT use Laxride!

So convenient and efficient with the services i really enjoyed my trip! :)
