Absolutely terrible. I had gotten instructions on what to do when I landed, then I got different instructions once I follwed the first instructions. Not to mention they texted off of 4 different numbers and reply “text back at this number”. Extremely unorganized and just plain out ridiculous. Any other taxi service is way better than this.

Such a great service! They were in constant communication over text and you could tell it was an actual person texting. They let you know your driver’s name, arrival time, make and model of the car, and the license plate. They also checked to make sure I was picked up by the driver! This is not a private car service! They just dispatch Uber drivers for you. Despite this, the Uber driver was good, but I was looking for a car service that screens drivers.
