My driver was amazing ! He was very polite and professional. I will 100% use this service again.

Great communication - I got texts upon arrival and notification when my driver was almost there.

Reserved a ride for an International guest since we were out of town and unable to pick you up at SFO. She arrived on time and texted LAX only be to told they didn't have a driver for her and would refund the fee. "Thanks for understanding." Sorry, no excuse. Here is someone visiting from another country now stranded at SFO. She called us panicked, not knowing what to do. We contracted LAX (we from Chicago) and were told the same thing. Here we are at a Wedding trying to secure a ride for our guest! Will NEVER use them again.

Great driver, amazing ride, really nice service. Definitely recommend.

Smooth ride, nice guy. The only thing I'd say is, he was not really helpful with my luggage when I got in the car. I had a big box and two luggages and he didn't come out of the car to help me. He just opened the back window of his SUV from his driving front seat and let me slide my stuff in there. Eventually, he came out to help me when we reached the airport, though.

This was a complete SCAM! We booked through Jayride because they are advertised as a driving service...so that's what we expected. After a confusing and terrible experience we found out they contract their driving through LAXRide who apparently, illegally, makes an Uber profile in your name and hires an Uber driver. The Uber driver thinks it's a normal ride that you requested and doesnt know about LAXRide... long story short.. we were left stranded 2 hours away from the airport and had to pay a different person to get us there.

Driver was on time. Very friendly and accommodating. Had beverages and chargers available for devices. A++++

No issues. Clean, friendly, and precise
