Best lax bag and best customer service! The zipper broke on our last bag and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! I told them then that we would ALWAYS buy from them and we just did!

Item was out of stock, took awhile for item to come in… from time of order placement, to receiving item was approximately 3 weeks. Paid for expedited shipping, 2-3 days was was our expectation…definitely failed on that

Definitely understandable... unfortunately our hands were tied and could not have changed the outcome as our bag shipment was delayed. Hopefully our proactive communication softened the blow. Refund was option upfront.
