Lacking in quality
My experience with laxgear was fine it is the final product that I am disappointed in. I bought 2 lax bags at $125 each, one for each of my boys. Within the first two weeks the zippers have broken and upon asking some of the other boys on the team who ordered the bags, I learned that everyones zippers were broken. Very disappointing for such a high priced bag. I would expect the zippers to be more quality and built to last. I invested the money in these bags as I have one son who has three seasons left and another son who I thought would get his older brothers bag as it would only be used by him for one season but feel that the investment wasn't worth it based on the lack of quality.

Sorry for the inconvenience and your bags not meeting expectations. This is abnormal. We have a full lifetime warranty because we stand behind the quality of our bags. We will repair and take care of this so the bags can have a long life as expected.
