Hi Randy, We are so sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience regarding your custom order details. We truly care about your experience with us. For every custom order, we create a private link specifically for you, which includes all the specifications of your hair system. I also checked the recent email we sent you, which contains these details as well. Please let us know how we can further assist you or if you need me to resend the link! Hi, I am so sorry to hear that the color of the hair system you received did not match what you saw on our website, specifically the lack of white hair in the blend. I completely understand your disappointment, as it is incredibly frustrating when a product isn't what you expected and is difficult to use. At LaVivid Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I have reached out to you directly from [email protected]. I would love to help find the best solution for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I hope to hear from you soon so we can make this right! Best regards, LaVivid Hair Customer Service
