Item on website was different than received
The bottle on their website was different than the one shipped to me. When I called customer service the reason was "they were out of the original package" but still is the same bottle. It was a gift so I wanted specifically that one. Sending it back was a mission since I had to pay for packaging. If you do not have what's on your website then just say out of stock dont send something different.

If an item arrives defective or is not what was specified in the listing, buyer is expected to notify the seller immediately upon which the item will be replaced . We gladly accept and paid for your return within 30 days of the original purchase . We made the arrangements for the delivery company to pick up the wrong item. Please understand that if you do not return the products, La Vinotheque may not be able to provide you with the refund.
