Answer to a hard to find liqueur

When making a tincture.. Only use no more than a half cup of ever grain alcohol 190 proof. It’s very very strong .
Very strong. Be careful with measuring

Delivery heroes!
Right after ordering, I had a family emergency and missed all three attempts for delivery. Desperate to receive my package as it was for bridesmaid proposal boxes, I called the company to explain.
