I did a lot of research before deciding to get a GLP one medication through a compounding pharmacy. I heavily researched about eight companies, including their reputation and their credentials, as well as pricing of, of course. Lavender sky has extremely transparent pricing, you don’t have to login or give them any information about yourself to see exactly what they are selling and at what price. I went ahead and began working with them in January 2026 and have re-ordered again recently the nurse practitioner assigned to me has been excellent, responsive, quick turnaround,, very competitive pricing and excellent shipping with the medication, arriving cool and well packaged with ice and insulated containers. I have had a little bit of follow up, needing some documentation for a Medicare claim and they were extremely responsive to getting me the paperwork I needed. Their Facebook group, private only for customers., is extremely friendly and well managed. I have never heard any comments about bad service. I look forward to using them for a long time to come.

I am very happy with LSH. I started my health improvement journey with them in September 2024. Since that time, I’ve worked with the same, responsive doctor who understands GLP1s and stays updated on ever changing research, providing sound clinical direction and support. I had left briefly to use another platform, and am so happy I came back to LSH. They are independent of any pharmacy and offer 8 pharmacies to choose from. Their pricing is fair; their service is exceptional (in my case, responding in 3 hours of my submission), and they regularly negotiate and lower costs with each pharmacy - passing the savings to the patient. I’ve reduced my weight by 100 lbs. I no longer have knee pain when walking and my blood pressure and cholesterol reduced substantially. Thank you to LSH for providing care and access to this life-saving medicine.

I️ chose this company based off of my first conversation with LSH. I️ have a literal spreadsheet of companies I️ built while researching. LSH is a no brainer and I️ refer everyone. Patient support, communication and interaction is hands down the best in the industry.

UPS supposedly delivered to my address but I never received my order. I followed up with Lavender since UPS wouldn't allow me to submit a claim. Lavender worked with me to confirm that the order was in fact not delivered to me. Got my order corrected at no additional cost and shipped it to me by the next day. The service that I received was outstanding and they replied to my email request the following day.

I’ve been with Lavender Sky Health for about 3 months and I’m very satisfied with them. I had a problem with an order I received last Saturday and I emailed them about it. I received an email from Gul in a short period of time and she said she had contacted the pharmacy on my behalf (this was the same day I emailed them so it was on a Saturday). Today (Monday) I received an email from the pharmacy saying my order was on the way. Such great customer service! I also had an email exchange with Brad (regarding something that was my own mistake) and he was wonderful and offered assistance. The company keeps us up to date on news regarding pharmacies and their medicine prices are great. You deal with real people there and they’re just so nice & helpful! I’m really glad I signed up with them and I highly recommend them.

I love this company! I'm very new to all of this, and I researched a lot of different companies. I'm so grateful I chose this one. I had/have a lot of questions, and any time I've sent a question in they respond so quickly that it shocks me. I didn't know any companies had customer service this good anymore. I use the Kwikpen and it takes all the stress out of it for me. I was pretty nervous about using a regular syringe. It doesn't hurt at all, and I don't even feel the cold medicine going in, and no site irritation at all. I could go on about how happy I am with the products, but I think this review is more about the wonderful company that is Lavender Sky Health. If more companies were this great, there would be a lot less stress in our world :)
