When I first decided to start my GLP-1 journey, I was excited and motivated to make a real change in my life—but I was also nervous, overwhelmed, and stepping into unfamiliar territory. Like many people, I spent hours researching options and filling out questionnaires from companies like Ro, Hers, AltRx, and countless others that appeared on my social media feeds. While many seemed promising, none of them truly stood out or felt like the right fit.
That changed when I found Lavender Sky.
From the very beginning, Lavender Sky felt less like an online weight-loss company and more like a genuine healthcare provider. The onboarding process was simple and professional, the new patient paperwork was straightforward, and my one-on-one consultation with my nurse practitioner, Holly, immediately put me at ease. She took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make me feel confident about starting treatment.
Every step since then has exceeded my expectations. Ordering was seamless, invoicing and payment were hassle-free, and my medication arrived quickly and exactly as expected. I've also reached out with a few follow-up questions since receiving my medication, and each time I've received prompt, compassionate, and helpful responses from the team.
I specifically want to mention these details because, while researching providers, I came across Reddit discussions where people expressed concerns about communication, billing, or shipping delays. In my experience, none of those issues materialized. Quite the opposite—I have consistently received excellent service, clear communication, and support whenever I've needed it.

Dr. Cole was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable from the start. I had done a lot of research on the different meds prior to my conversation with her, and had some reservations about one. She explained all the pros and cons,and alleviated my concerns which allowed me to make an informed decision on the medication I decided was best for me. Dr. Cole covered everything. I literally had no questions after our visit.

Wrong Meds sent, no refund
I paid for what I thought was a telecall but that never happened. The wrong meds was sent out and I got charged for them. Was not able to return them or get a refund. The process asking for help went no wear and I simply was told I made the mistake in the drop down options. I thought I could straighten this out with a telecall but Lavender Sky refused that call to help me understand the process.
