I just started with this company after being under prescribed my medication by another company. I explained to the PA I have been on this medication since the beginning of last year and know exactly how it works and what is needed to reach my goal. I advised her the last company under prescribed the medication I was on from the company before that. She stated she would increase the compound and provide me a two month prescription even though I wanted a one month because I wanted to make sure it would work after some bad experiences. I received a two month supply after paying $65 for a doctor appt and $399 for the medication and it does not work! It is like taking saline, with no affect. I have been on this medication for over a year and know how it feels when you take it and this does nothing. I left a message on the portal for the PA, a voicemail and sent two emails today with no reply yet.

I paid the 65 fee they requested and they denied they received it even though my bank verified they did. This is an update of my previous review. Patient Support finally contacted me after I requested a refund and admitted they did receive the money. They then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't refund my money because I had used the E Consult services when I literally never discussed anything other than the confusion over the additional 65 they were requesting not the plan,treatment or information regarding the medication at all. They then said I had an unpaid overdue invoice that up until 5 in the evening there was no invoices posted. My opinion after I requested the refund they pushed the person I was supposed to Consult with to issue the invoice and they marked an invoice they literally issued yesterday as past due. Still not sure they can be trusted at this point
