I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I purchased a dress expecting decent quality, but what I received was extremely disappointing — the material felt cheap, poorly made, and nothing like what was advertised. What made the situation even worse was their nonexistent customer service. I have been trying to reach them for four days straight with no response whatsoever. Emails go unanswered, and there is no way to get in touch with an actual person. It’s beyond frustrating. Their return policy also feels completely misleading. It’s advertised as if they stand behind their products, but in reality, it seems like a trap — because once you need help, no one is there to assist you. Overall, this company is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth your time or money. I strongly recommend avoiding them and shopping elsewhere.

J’ai commandé une robe de cérémonie taille personnalisée. Les motifs de fleurs sur la robe sont beaucoup plus gros que sur la photo du site et la couleur plus violette que rose Je leur ai écrit 4 fois pour réclamer Aucune réponse de leur part Et aujourd’hui pour couronner le tout je reçois une facture de Fedex de 23,90€ pour les frais de douane alors que dans ma facture j’avais déjà une ligne de 29,70€ pour shipping costs Soit 53,6 € de frais de port ?!!! C’est de la pure arnaque, pour ce site non fiable : pas de service client À fuir

Bonjour, J'ai commandé une robe de mariée sur votre site le 22 février. Nous sommes le 26 mars et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai envoyé trois mails pour avoir des informations et je n'ai reçu aucune couture. C'est une robe qui m'a coutée plus de 150 euros avec l'envoi (dont le prix est d'ailleurs descendu étrangement de 20 euros quelques jours après ma commande...). Je n'ai pas les moyens de m'en acheter une autre... et quand je vois le nombre de commentaires négatifs sur la qualité des produits voire l'absence de livraison, et comme vous ne répondez pas aux mails je suis probablement tombée dans une arnaque... Voilà une semaine que ma robe est soit-disant en "contrôle qualité" mais quand je lis les commentaires sur les erreurs de taille, les défauts de couture, les tissus médiocres, sans parler des descriptions sur les odeurs ou les tâches je me demande bien ce qu'est ce "contrôle qualité" ?? Je voudrais savoir quand ma robe arrivera et vous redonne donc pour la 4é fois ma référence de commande : RFR260223024938799. Peut-être qu'un commentaire public vous fera enfin me répondre.....

Absolutely ultimate huge major scam do not order from this website. It is completely fraudulent. I ordered a dress waited a month and a half spoke to the service on multiple occasions and received a negative quality dress. It was supposed to be for my wedding. It’s effing PINK AND NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I will be reporting this website and making it my mission that others get saved DONNOT ORDER FROM HERE. I AM EXPECTING A FULK REFUND WHICH THEY BETTER GIVE ME.

Beware of this Company it’s a scam it took me a month to receive the order and I emailed 3-4 times trying to cancel to no avail, once I did receive the order it was cheap and shabby like it came from the 99cent store and it did not fit, on their website and the package the shipping address of this company said they were located in Downey CA, when they sent me an address to return for refund they sent me an address to ship package back to China and I was told by the shipping company that it would cost me over $200 US dollars to ship the package back, be very, very aware of this company Luvilea they are extremely fraudulent!

I’ve placed an order for my daughter a prom dress .. her prom is next month … I’ve already been pushed behind because I just had to bury my two brothers … I have yet to receive a email confirmation . I can’t track the order with the order number . It’s says no available data … Sadly that’s all the money I had for the dress and now I’m stuck not knowing if it will make it in time if it is even a real company will I get my money back . I’m hurt .. I’m worried .. We had planned her prom out months ago . Sadly my two brothers were murdered and I was stuck with the cost on a double funeral .. this company should be ashamed of themselves and should be shut down with all the bad reviews .. and they are putting 5star ratings on the items listed when you google to make you think they are 5star rated . I even googled top prom dress sites .. why is Google listing them as one of the site with these terrible reviews . I am reporting them to the FCC consumers affairs the bbb and wherever else I can and push for a civil suit if they ruin this day for my baby girl … I’ve emailed them and no response… there is no number to contact them …. This is evil work!!! Do Not order from this company EVER !!!

The dress did not fit and was very heavy. The return policy is horrible. I will never order another item from this company!!

J'ai acheté une robe à cent soixante-deux€, pensant qu'à ce prix-là je pourrais avoir quelque chose de correct, je n'aurais jamais dû : Il faut fuir ce site à tout prix. La taille n'était pas bonne du tout, définition, je vous en parle même pas, la qualité du produit et de la prestation vraiment médiocre. Pour ce qui est du remboursement, alors là, c'est le pompon, ça vous coûte deux fois le prix de la robe et tout est à votre charge. En plus de ça, il ne vous rembourse que 80% prétextant de multiples frais .
