I ordered a dress for prom and it did not come as pictured. I tried to return process and I have been going back and forth with the contact support. I do not like this dress in the slightest and just want my money back and I feel as if this was a scam and I am extremely disappointed. I am trying everything to log back into my account to try and find my confirmation email which I never got. I will NEVER be ordering here again and this created such a block in my dress shopping this year. This company should be disappointed for taking advantage of teenage girls and their parents by shipping a dress that is not what they ordered and then refusing and being a hassle to return a dress or say they need to pay over $50 in shipping only to be offered a 30% refund (example found from another review). I am disgusted

Orderd custom made dress for my daughters wedding this may . Material all snagged and damaged at back of dress and they have refused to replace or Refund offering 10 % off to get repair to dress . The dress can't be repaired or worn as it is . They state it must of got damaged in transit but still refuse to resolve satisfactory. If you purchase dress and comes damaged it should be replaced or refunded . Do not buy from this company I've had to take this higher via PayPal. Terrible way to run there customer service

J'ai eu un problème de taille sur ma robe, j'en suis à 3 mails où ils refusent de me donner l'adresse pour le retour, prétextant que l'usine est en Chine et que les droits seraient élevés. Ils me proposent un avoir de 50 % sur leur site et le remboursement de la robe ne pourrait être supérieur à 85 %. Tout simplement scandaleux et malhonnête !!Je vais faire appel à mes avocats.

I have ordered an expensive dress, it arrived looking like a temu parcel screwed up in a little plastic bag. The quality is very disappointing, it's ill fitting, the arm is twisted and the netting isn't thin and skin coloured. When I have gone to return this item, there is no orders on my account for me to complete but the money has been taken from my account. I want to return this and get my money back. Beware of ordering through this company.

I purchased a custom dress from this site, it arrived stained and the craftsmen ship is poor. Instead of a shelf bra it has a cheap pad which isn’t even in the correct location. The dress arrived stained, which after reading reviews- this is not the first time that has happened. This was their response- Hi Thank you for your email. This dress is very poor quality- looks like a beginning seamstress work. Poorly tacked and has cheap pads for bra. I requested address for return but no response.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I certainly would! I ordered a dress that looked nothing like the picture. It was very cheap fabric. Shipping took forever. Then when I requested a return, there was no easy process for it, and this was NOT a made to order dress. First, they told me return shipping would be prohibitive, and they could offer me a 60% refund if I kept the dress. Then in a second email they told me they would have to deduct 15% for a restocking fee, in addition to whatever I would pay for return shipping. So they were making up the rules as they went along. They don't even have a US warehouse, everything comes straight from China, so if I want to return it I have to take the package to the post office and purchase return shipping there. Save yourself the hassle and DON'T BUY!
