If I could put a negative I would. Dress was not at all what I ordered. Return policy is the worst I have ever seen. This is the response from LaveliyaCA. If you need to return the item, 15% of the item price will be charged for restocking fee (Including re-inspection, sanitization,dry cleaning,storage management),and shipping fees will be paid by customers. I suggest you keep the dress and get 37.81 CAD I am now out 197.00 and still need to find and pay for another dress. 🤬😡😤 ORDER NUMBER RCA250528150114365 I have been back and forth with customer service and gotten nowhere.

Dress was disgusting nothing like the…
Dress was disgusting nothing like the pictures and wrong size. Emailed them and they wouldn't give me a returns address and asked me to keep the dress even though it didn't fit ( WTF ) I was asked to send pictures of my self wearing tight clothing so they could judge my size ( wow ). Email after email and they said i could return it at my cost, then they would only give me 85% refund as they had to handle the dress 🤣 Ended up getting my bank ( Santander) to retrieve the full amount and print out the emails as proof. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would have. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..! OH AND ALL RETURNS ARE TO CHINA....

Awful company
Awful company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM They don’t give refunds when dresses don’t fit and refuse return.

Don’t buy from them!!!!!
Don’t buy from them!!!!! They don’t return anything. They keep sending e-mails to you offering coupons but they don’t allow you to return anything! They sent me so far 5 different e-mails and they keep saying they are going to send their address to return in the next one, but they NEVER send it!!! What a nightmare buying from this terrible company!!!! Zero customer centricity! Zero!

COMPANY IS A RIP OFF
I ordered 2 dresses and upon receiving the dresses they run extremely small. Neither of the dresses fit and requested a refund. I got the run around for 3 weeks. They offered me 15% of the $181.00 it cost me. After continual refusal to accept that amount they are only giving me $68 of the 181.00 I spent. BEWARE of this company. They are a complete rip off and will get you too!!!

Poor quality materials used please don't buy because if you change your mind or there is a fault with the dresses they will give you the run around. Giving partial refund and it's your cost to return, plus they want 15%to clean and all sort worst mistake buying from them.
