I would personally rate this place 0/5 star. The pictures of the dress I order didn’t show all the detail of the dress and when I received the dress it didn’t look like the photos. Not only that, but the dress looks cheaply made and very poor quality. While reaching out the company trying to return the dress the customer service was very delayed and it was a terrible experience. They refuse to give a full refund. I will not be ordering from their website ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Robe a plus de 400 euros endommagée
1 commande de 6 robes de mariee et 3 colis envoyes 3 taxes de 20' euros donc en tout 60 euros de taxes . Pour un colis normalement c'est honteux, de plus, une robe a plus de 400 euros endommagée oeillet de lacage n'ont pas tenus se sont enlevés ça fait cher la robe de mauvaise qualité. la cliente nous l'a laissée 3 mail de reclamation avec photos aucun retour . Zero communication !!!!! Nous avons une boutique ...plus jamais aucun serieux et plus de 400 euros une robe avec des trous merci 😡

Surtout ne pas commander sur ce site, produit très mauvaise qualité sans compté que tous les envoies sont soumis au taxe de la douane FEDEX qui vous envois une facture. Ne pas accepter de colis.

Do not buy from this store!
Do not buy from this store! The quality is awful — the dresses I received look nothing like what was shown on the website. The colours and fit are completely different, and the glowing testimonials are very misleading. I spent £225 on two dresses for my daughter's wedding that are both unwearable. When I requested a refund, the store only offered me a 30% partial refund to keep the items or a gift card, while expecting me to pay the return shipping costs. Even if I return the products, they are still refusing to refund me the full amount paid and said they need to deduct 15% of the total cost for cleaning, even though I have not worn it — which is a clear breach of consumer rights. Getting a straightforward refund is proving impossible, and I will be escalating this further. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

BE AWARE When you order anything from this company, read the terms and conditions very carefully. I ordered a mother of the bride dresses it looked nothing like the picture and far too small. I ordered an 18 but it was more like a 14. Wanted to return the dress at my cost as no good to me only to find out that they give you three options, which doesn’t include a full refund. After a lot of emails we finally agreed on a 50% refund and I keep the dress. Wanted to know how many other customers they treated like this and how many they’ve ripped off. Got no comment.

Do not use
Do not use. If you have any issues with your order they only send you a small percentage of refund, even if you send the item back unused ! Really unhelpful, stay well clear from this company. Do not order!!!

Nightmare, do NOT order from them!
Sizing guide all wrong so no matter what you get the wrong size dress, dress comes not even looking like the picture it is so tacky, and customer service is a nightmare to get even a partial refund. Avoid at all costs, they must have bots writing good reviews because this has been a terrible experience.

Hard to return
It's very hard to return something to this company. They tried to give me some discounts to keep the dress, but the dress is not suitable so I want to return it. They are only offering an 85% refund and then I also have to pay about $30 for shipping to China. I asked for a return address in the states but they said they wouldn't do that. So I will be losing quite a bit of money. No where on their website did I see that I would have to pay shipping to China. Very disappointed.
