I ordered 5 items (dresses). The items were shipped in two different shipments to my same adress. Then the worst ever! Fabric material awesome, but the models a whole shit!!!!!!!!!! Totally different models from what they show on their website. SHAME ON YOU! I've lost $200- plus extra shipment costs to final destination Aruba and no mental satisfaction at all. YOU SUCK!!!!

Maximaler Betrug dieser Shop!!! Bestellt dort ja nicht! 1. habe ich einen falschen Artikel erhalten. 2. maximal schlechte Qualität. 3. wollte der Shop das ich auf meine Kosten den Artikel zurückschicke, und haben ständig angebote gemacht von wegen 40% Rückerstattung, für einen fetzen den ich sogar falsch erhalten habe, sollte ich ca30.- versand bezahlen damit ich ca 20 zurück erhalte! Mit abstand der schlimmste Shop!!!!!

Leider keine Empfehlung – Rückgabe extrem schwierig Ich habe für über 160 € drei Kleider bestellt, die leider überhaupt nicht gepasst oder meinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Laut Webseite sollte eine Rücksendung problemlos möglich sein – das war für mich ein entscheidender Kaufgrund. Doch nachdem ich die Rückgabe angefragt habe, bekam ich zunächst nur Angebote von zuerst 30% bis hin zu 40 % „Entschädigung“ und sollte die Kleider trotzdem behalten. Ich habe mehrfach deutlich gemacht, dass ich die Ware nicht verwenden kann und mein Geld zurück möchte. Statt einer unkomplizierten Lösung wurde mir immer wieder ein neuer Deal vorgeschlagen. Das wirkte sehr unseriös und war extrem anstrengend. Erst nach massivem Nachdruck habe ich endlich die Rücksendeadresse erhalten – auf eigene Kosten natürlich. Der ganze Prozess war mühsam und absolut kundenunfreundlich. Ich kann den Shop leider nicht empfehlen, insbesondere nicht, wenn man mit einer echten Rücksendung rechnet.

Really bad cheap quality. DO NOT BUY from here. Return/Refund process is not clear on the website. I bought an item in the UK and they told me to send it back to China. And top of that, customers have to pay for the shipping cost.

This store is a scam. They don’t answer the email. The refund doesn’t work and the quality is very very bad.

Do NOT buy! Awful customer service, will not allow a refund to return the item, unless I pay for it to go back to China! They use Chatbot gbt (nothing wrong with that!) but they are writing about a pie instead of a dress! I don’t why I was so silly and purchased the dress in the first place! Took ages to arrive and doesn’t fit, now I’m left with a dress I can’t return.

Do not order from them. They had an Instagram post with pink linen pants with the matching linen top. It is polyester and spandex. They don’t no. even match. It is horrible. You can’t return it because if you do, it will cost you over $90 to return back to China . I paid $69 for the outfit . I had to call my bank to get refunded and to dispute it.
