This process was quick and efficient. I was happy with the product offerings, service, and time to close. The one item I would improve is the ability to communicate effectively via the web portal -- I found the existing mechanism obscure and clunky. On the opposite end of that, it was extremely easy to upload and tag the requested documentation.
