Our family spent a long weekend in the Chantrelle Cabin. We had a great stay and loved the area, it was very relaxing. We really enjoyed the upper deck and sat on it every morning for coffee. We were able to see several deer, birds and turkeys. The inside of the cabin was very clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were a bit small, however, since we used them only for sleeping, this wasn't a problem for us. My only two notes are if someone is sensitive or allergic to dogs, to be aware of it being a dog friendly cabin. We noticed a smell of dog upon entering the cabin, it wasn't major and opened some essential oils to dispel it and it then it was fine. The other note would be to maybe add additional storage space. We found it a bit difficult to have place enough for our things, mainly shelves in the second bedroom. We had a really great stay and would stay again. We are glad we found this quiet little retreat.

Our stay at Laurel Moutain Retreat was wonderful. We enjoyed exploring the area as well as the very comfortable cabin.

We enjoyed the quiet cozy cabin, the little things like having dog bowls and the bottle of wine for our anniversary plus everything we needed was available in the cabin from coffee to soap and shampoo and laundry soap...thanks for a relaxing time..

This was my first stay in the Asheville area with my husband and son, and Laurel Mountain Retreat was the perfect location! Weaverville has everything you need and downtown Asheville is lees than 20 minutes drive. We stayed in Elk Path cabin- it was spotless and appointed with all the comforts of home. The scenery is lush and peaceful, and we enjoyed the porch swing and hot tub. The only note is that the bedrooms are very small (my son had to push his bed against the wall more to shut the bedroom door), as is the couch seating in the living room...so staying with more than 2 people can be very tight. But the overall experience was worth it!

We stayed at the Evergreen cabin and it did not disappoint. It has everything you need and then some. We really appreciated how clean the cabin was. Location is just far enough out to feel the outdoors but an easy drive to Ashville and/or Weaverville. We'll definitely be back in the future.

We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! It was very quiet and private. We love all the little things that make this place special, like the porch swing to have a leisurely morning coffee and the hot tub to soak in after a day of hiking. We also love that it was truly dog friendly and had dog bowls and blankets. Downtown Weaverville is a few minutes drive and has a number of delicious restaurants including Well bred cafe, Twisted Laurel, and the pizza place. Asheville is only like a 15 minute drive as well and Black Mountain was another town we enjoyed. We definitely will be back.

Everything was great. Darling cabin, plenty of space for 4, super clean, quiet. Great location to all outdoor activities and Asheville.
