BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! My laundry was scheduled to be returned to my hotel yesterday before 22:00, but that did not happen. No responses to my WhatsApp messages, but I can see that they have been read. The service is in Taipei, but their contact number on WhatsApp is a U.S. number, which is fishy. Today is Sunday and they are closed and my flight leaves early tomorrow morning. Over 5kg of my family's clothing lost and we are devastated. *UPDATE* They just delivered my laundry at 5:00 and I literally almost cried. It would have saved me such grief had they just communicated that they were running behind schedule. It came nicely packaged and folded. The detergent they use does not smell fresh, but the clothes seem to be clean. Regardless, I would not subject myself to this level of stress ever again due to their poor communication and unreliability.
