Clean but very wrinkled
I was really excited to find a laundry service operating in a number of countries I visit. I expected a smooth experience from pickup to delivery as the service is targeted at foreigners. Ultimately my clothing came back clean but very wrinkled. They do offer an ironing service, but at substantial cost and with a 3-4 day delay. I have opted instead to simply bring my clothing across the street in the future. It is considerably cheaper, comes ironed and is available within 24 hours. I am unlikely to use the service again.

Hi slkdfjsdklfj, sorry to hear you were dissatisfied. Unfortunately, our wash and fold service does not include ironing. We do have next day wash, press, and fold and wash, press, and hang services now available (50 and 70 baht/pc, respectively).
