Hi, I had the same experience as the others. I bought the gift card for 300 € and the link did't open. So I couldn't get to the gift card code. I wrote to airbnb and to LGC custom support. Firts there was some automatic answers. But after 3 days, the Launch Gift Card sent my an e mail with my gift card pin code! Thank you🤗🤗🙌💪 when having problems with your gift cards, write e-mails to support team. They help❤️ thanks again🤗

There were some problems on her end, but when I emailed customer support, they responded the SAME DAY (almost unheard of in today’s companies) and totally resolved my issue! I was having a big problem with the purchase of a DoorDash gift card I was sending to a friend. Nobody at DoorDash was able to resolve my problem, over the course of two chats and a long phone conversation. When I finally saw that I could use Gift card launch for my problem, they were able to solve it for me almost immediately upon me providing the information that DoorDash had been unable to do anything with !
