Be careful
Update Februari 2025: I sent proof to Trustpilot. My review is confirmed real. Launchboom keeps pretending I, and many others who complain are not real reviews. Even when we can prove it. Be warned! Be careful! Our experience with launchboom was pretty disappointing, just like many others'. We paid out big $, excited about what they promised us and all the success stories they told us. When we actually got down to using their stuff, it wasn't all that special. I mean, sure, there were some useful tips, but nothing you couldn't find online for free. And as for their success rate? Turns out, it's not as impressive as they claim. Most of their projects flop, plain and simple. In the Launchboom group, you will find that most creators failed their campaign! Most of them! Launchboom only talks about their success, but these are limited. most people lose their 8k + investment and all what was put into ads, often another 10-15k just at the start. You will notice on this trustpilot account, they have frequent posts of reviews, all positive, almost like clockwork. Makes you wonder if they are real. They are mostly, not. Even when you would discount this, they claim to run over 200 projects a year. Most do not review, as... they fail. Just like our project failed. UPDATE November 02: Launchboom pretends that we are not a customer. We have shared proof of working with them before. This says a lot about how they operate. Most of their reviews here are fake, just look at the accounts posting them - you'll see what I mean. A group of us who got duped by Launchboom are working on a website to expose what's really happening and what they are doing. They love posting about their successes, but never mention how most projects fail using their system. When you're paying that much money, it looks like you've got a good chance. But here's the truth - most projects don't succeed with their system. Plain and simple. We're building an open forum with others who've been through this so people can see the real story. Just trying to save you from making the same expensive mistake we did. If you have all the money to spare on a course and know their marketing claims and successes are only a few, then it's ok. If you have a budget you need to be careful of, this company might just be the end of your project by taking your money and deliver an average course.
Response from LaunchBoomAug 13, 2024
-UPDATED - Feb 28th, 2025- Hey Yannick, I haven't seen any proof that you've worked with us. If you send me an email to [email protected], I'd be happy to update my response. Until then, it's impossible for me to know because you've left no details on what your project was and your name doesn't match any clients we have. -UPDATED - Nov 4th, 2024- Hey Yannick, can you let me know where you provided proof that you're a client? We never received anything when we requested info through Trustpilot on August 12th. I also have never received anything from you via email. You can reach me at [email protected] if you didn't have it. Or, feel free to update your review with the name of your campaign/project so everyone can verify. In terms of fake reviews, I think your idea for people to check the other reviews is a great idea. People can then can verify that they are real, as I post the name of the campaigns if the client didn't. It's worth nothing that even the critical reviews of LaunchBoom are verifiable. But with yours, unfortunately, it's not because you haven't provided any info. For anyone reading this, feel free to reach out to me personally and I can answer any question you have: [email protected] -UPDATED - Nov 1st, 2024- We don't have any record of Yannick as a client and this is likely a fake review. There's a way to request information through Trustpilot when this happens so the reviewer can prove they were a client without publicly sharing their info. Yannick didn't provide anything, which means this is likely a fake review. Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn't require verification even if the reviewer is making big claims like: "You will notice on this trustpilot account, they have frequent posts of reviews, all positive, almost like clockwork. Makes you wonder if they are real. They are mostly, not." You can verify that our reviews (besides this one) are real because they use their real names and I comment back with their campaign names. Now, we're not perfect and we've gotten critical reviews before. But those were from actual clients and I replied to each of them. If you want to verify anything else with me personally, feel free to email me at [email protected] Best, Mark Pecota | CEO
