If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. I placed my order #11545 on April 17, 2025, providing all the required details. Multiple times, I reached out to check on the status asking if everything was on track, if I could get a delivery time window, and even confirming whether my WhatsApp order had been properly processed. The responses? Either a meaningless "👍" (which, as you know, answers nothing) or vague assurances that "all was fine" and delivery would happen on time. Then, on April 19, I received an email claiming the bouquet was ready—but blaming me for the failed delivery due to "incorrect address and phone number." This is completely false. I used the exact same details with another florist for a separate gift, which arrived on time, without a single issue. I waited for customer service to update me. Silence. No emails, no follow-up. Once again, I had to chase answers. Today, I was promised the bouquet would finally be delivered with compensation. What a joke. The bouquet did arrive (a miracle, given the ordeal), but instead of 15 flowers, there were barely 9, and their condition was mediocre at best. Where’s the so-called compensation? Do you assume that because I’m a foreigner ordering for family in Latin America, I’m a foolb or a second-class customer? To anyone wanting to send flowers to Brazil: Avoid Latinflores like the plague. You’ll only get stress and wasted money. Local florists will do a far better job. I demand a refund. If I get no response, I’ll escalate this through PayPal. Consider this fair warning and rest assured, I’ll never order from you again Oh and be sure that I have all the screenshots needed to prove what happened with your hellish customer service Edit "April 25th update" : After multiple exchanges with customer service, I received compensation: they sent another bouquet and a teddy bear to the recipient. The bouquet matched the description and was in good condition. I may give LatinFlores another try, hoping everything will go smoothly next time

The address that I was able to give for a funeral service was less than precise, but LatinFlores did everything in their power to communicate with me and the recipient to make sure that the flowers arrived - which they did! Great job!
