Excelente servicio.

Nice company to deal with and very transparent and responsive. There were some delivery delays due to some difficulties with logistics and availability that meant the flowers were delivered later than expected. However, LatinFlower kept me informed throughout and I had always the option to cancel if required. I decided to wait instead. When delivery did take place in the end they had upgraded the flowers significantly (to a much nicer and larger bucket) as a free gesture & compensation which was really appreciated. They looked absolutely stunning, and the receiver was very very happy with the flowers. So all in all I would recommend LatinFlores and will definitely use their services next time I am looking to send flowers. Problems with deliveries can happen in all companies, but not everyone would deal with it in such a customer focused way that LatinFlowers did, so I would like to applaud them for that.

I sent flowers to São Paulo from Boston and orders on Saturday morning. She received them Monday morning in time for Dia dos Namorados. The smile on her face said it all. I will use Latinflores again thank you. The arrangement was beautiful

I had an amazing experience with Latinflowers. Their support team was incredibly attentive and helpful in arranging a delivery to my wife overseas in Caracas. Everything was handled smoothly, and the flowers were delivered beautifully. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism—highly recommended!

I stopped here to write a review because it can help others, same as other reviews helped me when I was trying to find a good webpage to deliver some flowers to my mother in Colombia. I can really recommend Latinflores. The prices were competitive, the booking process easy and the delivery was as requested and on time. I sent them a question to their customer service and they answered quickly. I think, as per experience, they are a well organised company you can trust. E.T.B

Sigan asi y exitos!!! Clients muy satisfecha 😊
