Hello Amani Bashar, Thank you for sharing your review. We sincerely regret that the delivery did not meet your expectations. At Latinflores.com, our commitment is to deliver fresh, beautiful, and timely flowers, and we understand the importance of every detail accompanying the gesture. That is why, when something does not go as expected, we strive to resolve it immediately to ensure the experience remains positive. In your case, the order was handled on time and properly. A conversation was held to clarify the delivery address; in fact, the registered address was not in São Paulo, but in the locality of Indaiatuba. At that time, our florists were finishing their working day and we did not have roses available, but we made every effort to complete the delivery. Additionally, you agreed to receive the order in a box of the color you selected, and the delivery was made on Saturday, 08/23/25, at the hotel reception, of which you were aware. We always seek the best alternative, as the most important thing for us is that every delivery fulfills its purpose. We will continue working with dedication to ensure that each delivery is impeccable and reflects the significance of the moment. Sincerely, Quality and Customer Service Team Latinflores.com
