Excellent service and products

I really love my anti-static sprayer. Mine stopped working, and after contacting support they sent me a new one free of charge, now I can enjoy it again. Thank you team for your professional and helpful response!

Los productos no son de la calidad que se espera ya que el precio comparado con otras tiendas donde se ofrecen productos parecidos son mucho más bajos y de mejor calidad me encuentro generando mi devolución espero todo salga bien

Received the product in time. Packaging was very high class and protected the goods well. The open espresso trey with olivewood handle functions well and the quality of the materials is above average and heavy type metal. (not he flimsy type I have received from others) I ordered a second open filter which is good too, maybe the flow through is a bit slow even when I adjust the coffee mill finer. No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent company. Not sure why there is negative reviews. They ship as fast as they can. I think people are so use to Amazon we lost patience. I got my orders in a week or 2. Which is just fine. Thanks so much.

what a great company and great products. did thexy invent them ? probably not! BUT: they have a carefully selected collection of tool that wil make the heart of every barista shine. NIce cusomer service uncomplicated handling - thats how good service should look like !

The 58mm bottom less portafilter bought was supposed to fit on Hibrew coffee machine but was not the case. The prices are not even competitive but similar with other local suppliers. I placed three orders and every single time the waiting time was exceeded one month. Never again!

The shipping time took way too long and the quality of the product is very poor! You could buy it on temu - would be same
