Yes I had a great experience. I had some concerns ordering outside of my country Canada. They had reassured me that my order would be delivered as fast as it could with a tracking number. They were true to there word and was prompt via email in their response. My order was well packed and secure. The items are well made and true to their advertisement. Very Happy with both my orders. I ordered an Lastaforest pneumatic espresso machine that uses a pump and have faced several issues. First, it took more than a month to arrive, but worse than that there wasn’t a pump. When I mentioned that to Customer Service, they didn’t really respond at all. And then I wrote again and they responded by we’re sending you a pump in a separate order. I had already ordered a pump online from somewhere else and tested the espresso machine with quite poor results. And, lastly they sent a link to Trust Pilot and mentioned I’ll receive 5% off on my next order if I give them 4 or 5 stars. I’ve copied in exactly what they wrote me below. Ordered a portafilter and 2 baskets all came quickly given it was international shipping. Packed well and safe, was even able to return a product easily that won’t fit my new machine.
