Professional clinic. I purchased 8 treatments for my Brazilian and got underarms included. I just finished treatment #5 and I am shocked at my results! Extremely happy!

Lazer Away:Yes, do you want to book u to our first appt for $. Me: yes thanks -booked and payed $ -26 hours before appt Lazer away text: Hi Redacted this is Redacted at LaserAway. When you find a moment today, give me a call. I need to re-do your package for Redacted. I applied too many discounts and the system kicked it out. You have an appt. tomorrow, so I need to adjust your purchase price before tomorrow. I''ve refunded the original purchase. When you give me a call, I can tell you all of your options. Me: ….. Lazer Away: Hey Girl!!!!!! So we need to get your price adjustment done doe your appointment tomorrow. Me: OK. Lazer Away: So for the 8 sessions that will be $$$$. Me: That’s not an option Lazer Away: So for 3 sessions it will be $$$. Me: That’s still not an option. Thank you Lazer Away for messing up on your end, only to have your own system tell you days later that the discounts were not possible. Would it hurt so bad to just honor the price I payed for a service you initially agreed to. It wouldn’t work the other way around, customers can’t agree to pay $$$$ then the day before say they just want to pay $. Don’t offer heavy discounts if you won’t honor them. I’ll find a company that will. Bye 👋

Hello. From Miami FL. I had purchased a package for laser hair removal not too long ago. I have only completed treatment 3 times for legs. (still have all leg hair.) I got crazy hives over my body after the 3rd time it got so bad I had to seek medical attention. My doctor said to cancel due to being diagnosed with cold urticaria. I called to speak with someone other than the girls at the front desk because half the time they have no idea what is going on. The reginal manager called, i asked to simply refund for the 2 grand I still owe to something I cant use anymore. She refused and said all they can offer is store credit? I cant use anything on my body there? The women wouldnt hear anything i had to say and kept trying to get me off the phone as if i was bothering her so much... I need the cooperate office # or someone who actually cares because this is a medical condition and its no joke. If my doctor is saying i cant use lasers on my body then they better refund this. I will have to take this further, and I have photos to prove.

Do yourself a favor and don’t trust this business it’s a total scam! The biggest mistake going on 2020 to Laser Away in Newport Beach, CA. After seeking to get good results on Clear brilliant package of 12 sessions. I had mention about my acne scar problem believing Laser Away was actually been honest and FAILED with false information and advertising!!! paid almost 4K and during the actual process and been so much pain. On every appointment Laser way will play off on how good your results are started to notice. So you can actually believe and feel inpatient and continue. Previously had been recovering from kybella treatment for Jaw line cost me $1800 and didn’t see any results requested if I had any options for the unexpected results, response was that my case was more than kybella and need plastic surgery, why give people HOPES😞 Businesses LIE and try to force you to continue their sessions and actually believe, they don't honor their own statements and practice VERY unfair/questionable customer service sessions. During my process I then get offered a chin cool sculpting package of 2 areas for 2k and wasn’t giving up an getting the results I really wanted. I then remember how happy I was and finally get a chance to do something for my self after all the devastation I went thru my 16 yr old son. I then decided to get it done, Then waited and waited to see my great results and NOTHING all I would see was a Turkey’s f** Became really disappointed and just couldn’t believe it had happen AGAIN and has affected my self-esteem, confidence. Family and friends would bully me, saying that’s what I get for trusting stupid places without doing research witch I did after seen great reviews online😡. Then requested time off from work to recover and just was so embarrassed to go on public, After a week pain went away but numbness was still there. I then decided to request a refund or any other options I had and was offered another 45 min session on my chin for another $1400 but will only pay $700 since I was already was going for my clear brilliant. I had paid so much for nothing i still took the chance on hanging on my great results but turns out to be looking worse. I was promised good results and did NOTHING after all the pain I have been thru and so much distress and frustration I requesting a refund then they come up with bunch of BS and a SORRY it didn’t work. What a waste of money, I am currently in debt due to this and their job had no type of effect on me yet I haven’t met anyone who could say they’ve been satisfied with LaserAway’s services. I wish I could get help with this large amount of money debt. My experience with them was just a big fat SCAM. Top of all I had referred 2 family members clear brilliant package and try offering extra sessions for more money since she didn’t see any results and end up just very disappointed and walking away and making me look like a total Joke for falls advertising. My mother too for Clear Brilliant package and laser Hair removal package of almost 4k and paid off 😡we all struggling to earn our money and you can’t even trust businesses like this it’s a total shame. Plus her appointments are a complete mess never have they tried helping her out. Why cause she Spanish only!!! Unprofessional, excuse after excuse this place will soon be sued something has to be done Newport Beach would expect great service but all this girl employees don’t care of any customer they are there to see who sells the most.

Did not work for me. Have done 9 treatments and hair grows back normal. And when I tried to get my $3,000 back for a service I am not getting all they offer is 3 more treatments of a service not working. Do not waste your time and money!!!

Really Frustrated with this company, I purchased a package back in 2020, in short, I got overcharged and pointed at it on my first appointment, they told me management will clear it out and one area was not going to be treated upon clearance of charges, second appointment same history and again one area did not get treated, on my 3rd appointment finally management credit me in a form of another small area treated. I request for the two missing appointments to be scheduled but never happen, technically I paid for 8 sessions in one specific area and only got treated for 6, time passed and keep requesting status on my missing treatments, and every manager/supervisor kept telling me management will contact you, finally today 6/21, management called literally to tell me that per their nurse's notes, all 8 sessions were done complete, as me the customer is a liar and "unfortunately " there is nothing they can do, if I want those missing areas treated I need to pay again, I never review business but this is frustrating especially because these treatments are not cheap, at first they are super nice to sell you packages, but careful because they might not honor their end, it should be better options for your money up there than laseraway. I will not recommend them at all.

Santana Row front desk staffing deserve no star…. I originally called in to make an appointment to the same location I went one other time for my botox. Was scheduled in Santana Row location instead, which was way too far from me. I was 10 minutes late. They refused to give me any services and instead of listening to me, they started giving me a lecture about time management with a huge attitude. I didn’t like the way they were responding to me so I asked them not to speak to me like I was stupid. I asked for their names and they told me i was “being hostile” and “harassing them” and that “they are not comfortable giving me their names” and they asked me to leave or they would call the security on me for they felt threatened for their safety. While I was calling customer services for answers at the clinic , they called the security on me. Sure thing, customer services complaint was called and they told me they filled a complaint and will get back to me in 24-48 hours . Of course no reached out to me. A little about me —> I am not hostile, nor interested in harassing people , I am a CCRN working tirelessly in ICU to assure the safety and well-being of the people of this very same community through out the pandemic. I don’t wear Branded clothing , I wear scrubs and when I can, I am in my pyjamas. All I wanted was some answers ….
