I tried to schedule an appointment with another local laser hair removal studio here in SLC last winter and declined the offer as they were super pushy and very very expensive. Now I know this is not a cheap service anyways and after doing my research I gave Laser Away a call. Knowing I wanted specific services, had read the reviews, went through everything I could on my own through the website I was excited and expected the ladies in the office to send over loan information after my consultation. Day of my first treatment, I was super nervous but after I arrived I was at ease. Everyone in the front was super friendly and I did not feel I was being judged or treated rudely like some reviews have said. But I'm from NY, so maybe my skin is thicker LOL The treatment itself was honestly way less painful that I had thought. I am also covered in tattoos so my pain tolerance is high. When it was a bit spicy, my Technician Masha was receptive and turned the cool air up higher making it way more enjoyable. I let her know this was my first time and she answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable. I could tell she was busy, but I get it. So am I when I am at work. The two ladies at the front desk were wonderful as well answering my many a question. I did not feel pressured to buy anything though different services were offered, when I declined it was no big deal. Overall, I loved this. Super easy, super affordable for what you are getting and I cant wait to continue my hair free journey.

The service is mediocre. Most of these reviews are from people who got a discount for doing so. They have you add a review for a discount before completing the services. I know because I did it too but this company isnt worth your money. When you have a bad experience they will give you the run around and never address your concerns. Katrina Valladao is the person I’m dealing with and shes the least helpful person ever. I informed her that I had a bad experience before the treatment was complete and that I wasnt getting results and she gave me the run around till the end of my treatment and now that its over and I still dont have results, she is saying that there is nothing she can do. This company isnt worth your time or money.

The Locations are all Very Clean and the Employees and the Technicians are the Sweetest People I have had a Pleasure of dealing with.

I purchased this right before the pandemic, and the package they sold me had 6 sessions (the clinicians told me they now sell the same package with 8). My first problem, if they realized it took 8-sessions for happy customer, why are they not extending that to all customers? Bad company practice. I had 6 and am left with partially growing hair, it’s terrible, almost worse than before. Second, they were closed down like everyone else during the pandemic, and then when they were not, it was still way too risky for someone like me who is immune compromised to go out to get treated, yet they would not even give me ONE full body part makeup session. Also very bad company practice. For anyone looking for permanent hair removal, I would avoid this place. Go with a company that realized the best possible thing is making the customer who have already paid you for the service happy. Not giving them a half ass experience then telling them to buy additional packages so it “can really work”.

Scheduling is a disaster

I came here to get my cool sculpting done which means i wanted fat removed from my stomach, the way the procedure works, is that they freeze your fat and your body later eliminates it naturally. the process takes about 8-12 weeks to see a difference. I got this procedure done october 14, 2022 and it is now december 28, 2022.. it has been almost 12 weeks and I have seen 0 results i look absolutely the same. this was a total scam. I had to pay a lot of money to get the procedure done and it did NOT work
