I was uncertain coming into laser hair removal since I'd never had any kind of cosmetic procedure before, but the staff are very well-trained, professional, comfortable, approachable, and really help me relax. The procedure is also very effective so far, dramatically reducing hair density even after a single treatment. I experience very little pain, only a lot of pain on a few small brief areas like upper lip - considerably less pain and better results than procedures like epilation or waxing - but your experience may vary.

It's so difficult to get an appointment, and I don't feel like the lasers work very well. I've had 6 treatments, and have almost full hair growth back. After a treatment I expereince a short period of reduction or no growth, but then it comes back completely! This is not permanent hair removal. The staff is overworked and constantly visibly stressed. They don't have time to even answer a question. There are always people waiting at the desk to check in etc. This is what you get with corporatized services like this. No one knows me, no one is able/allowed to tailor the services to my body (adjust lasers to levels that work), no one can answer my questions or get me in. It's just an assembly line. And the experience of the customer absolutely suffers because of it. If you want to treat customers less than great, you better have a product that actually WORKS.

I was told I would only need a treatment and my stretch marks would be gone. That was false I spent a lot of money do absolutely NO results at all.... Never again will I go to this company. I am so unsatisfied.

laser setting way too low.

I have had a good experience, most of the time with the clinicians. I don't enjoy being the subject of someone inexperienced. Laser Away was professional and didn't deduct my treatment for the insufficient treatment I received. My biggest issue is that on more than one occasion, including my most recent interaction is with schedulers. I tried to replenish my Botox account and schedule an appointment and treatment over the phone (this would have made a large sale), but the scheduler was unable to provide me any information, failed to schedule an appointment as she allegedly "needed to ask her manager about the price and needed to check for cancellations before scheduling me and would call me back". I never heard from her again and this is not the first time that this has happened.

I already bought a package and every single time I go they are trying to get me to get more it is really annoying.
