Save yourselfs the time and the bad customer service..

the estheticians have been great, but i no longer come to Laser Away because i have had so much difficulty making appointments and almost as much keeping them -- numerous cancelations from staff, booking mistakes, and impossibly long waits to get someone on the phone. i've moved on to SF Aesthetics and recommend anyone else do the same.

This is my 3rd treatment so not to much of a change yet it is for my chin but I do notice that my hair is not growing as fast. I just can't wait for it to be gone. I have had Laser treatment in the same spot before and nothing changed and it was 6 treatments this package is 10 treatments and I do notice a difference and the price was great.

Always overbooked and appointments are never on time. Have had appointments cancelled due to not being in the booking system despite receiving the confirmation text. Receptionist gave me s deceptive "make up" treatment due to their negligence but then forced me to pay $200. Gladly, I no lonnger come here after spending money on two very expensive packages. Not all nurses are careful or detailed with how they perform laser treatments. Honestly they're just not worth the hassle and cost.

Amazing place, friendly staff. I am in and out in 10 minuets max!

Wonderful Event and Very Accomendating

It doesn't seem to matter what time I get there and they still manage to take me late. My favorite is when my technician is sitting behind the desk just talking. The front desk also doesn't even check in, to at least let you know that your technician may be running behind.

I'm not extremely satisfied or dissatisfied with my LaserAway experience. I've seen moderate results with my treatments. All parts of the body I've had done still get regrowth but the texture of the hair has become more fine. I've had the best results with the treatment on my bikini line. My biggest complaint with LaserAway is with their front desk. Scheduling is a nightmare. They've needed to reschedule my appointments before (on their end) but can't get me back in for another few weeks. When you're trying to stay on track to get your treatments done, having to wait another few weeks is beyond frustrating and just doesn't work. I needed to reschedule an appointment and called a week beforehand - same thing, couldn't get me back in for a month. I don't find their receptionists to be friendly or organized. They often seem frazzled and agitated. I think it's time to open another location in San Diego.
