Best laser service I have ever had

Awesome crew, very informative and helpful they make you feel comfortable and overall its was a great experience, looking forward to my next visit.

Once I got through the initial intake meeting, which involved the normal tedious medical paperwork, the subsequent visits are quick and painless.

Laser away in Novato is fantastic. They're always willing to answer any questions or concerns I have. And I love the motto that less is more. You truly feel like they have your best interest in mind when you're there. Can't really ask for anything more than that.

I had my first laser treatment earlier this month at LaserAway in Frisco. I recently had a second treatment. What An Experience!!! The staff has been amazing! After getting the consultation with Audra, I decided on the areas I wanted and choose a package with multiple treatments per area. My laser treatments have been very pleasant with little to no pain. Whitney has been great and patient!! I highly recommend LaserAway. They explain the type of laser that is used for the treatments, what to expect during treatments, how to prepare for treatments, how to care for your treated areas after treatment and what to expect with the results. I’ve tried laser treatments at other facilities where I saw little to no results and the price per treatment cost a lot more. I saw results after my first treatment so I know it's working! I know that laser hair removal isn't permanent so knowing I'm at a facility that uses a laser that's safe for my skin type and effective, I'll definitely return for touch-ups after my package is complete.

After my entire treatment package, not only have I not noticed any reduction in hair growth in most areas but on one side of the shoulders the growth has actually increased! On top of that, I now have little patches (tiny spots with no hair) on my lower neck which my family members and peers have noticed and questioned whether it was a 'skin problem'. I just don't give 0 stars because of how clean the offices were and how nice and cordial the professional staff is.

Nurse made me very comfortable during treatment; quick. However, I was scheduled for 10 am and arrived on time. I was left in the waiting area until 10:30 without any acknowledgement of a delay. I inquired why I was left waiting for so long. The first woman I spoke to politely shrugged and said she did not know, only stating that they are a medical office and there are delays expected. The RN who performed my treatment stated that there was a mix up in their schedules and that I was actually listed with her as 10:30 instead of the 10 am that was in the company computer. The receptionist later apologized and stated that they were updating their computer system still and some glitches have occurred.

The experience was quick and easy. There is an uncomfortable stinging sensation bur it only lasts a few seconds. It's completely manageable.
