This was first time doing something like this (Clear and brilliant), so I was very scared especially because my skin is Uber sensitive. My skin issues due to high stress, over exfoliation, lack of sun protection and NO knowledge on how to properly cleanse throughout my whole life. So, premature aging signs, skin dull and dead looking, monstrous pores, tiny breakouts near mouth and jawline, and deep tear trough lines under eyes making me look tired all the time. The process is a little weird and uncomfortable at first (slathering numbing cream like icing, the burn from the laser after the numbing goes down). Then of course, for about an hour or 2 the afterburn wasn't horrible but definitely that *I didn't wear sunblock and my face just got burnt from the sun* kind of burn. The great news is, it didn't last, the burning goes away pretty quick. The next morning (today) I already see a noticeable difference. The tear trough stress impressions lightened a little, aren't as long or deep anymore. My complexion is a bit more one-tone and even though as the nurses notified me I would have rough skin, it's still smoother. Not to mention, my pores have gotten SO MUCH smaller!! Or less noticeable without having to use makeup? And this is just from the first treatment. I can't wait to see what the finish product will be after the next 2!

Best experience ever! Staff is wonderful! from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I walk out with 100% professional, reassuring, and just all-around a great experience! I was very very very nervous when I walked in the door by the time I left I was smiling and excited ! I was there to have a old tattoo removed and have experienced laser tattoo removal in the past and it was not a good experience for me! Laser away made my experience 100% better and I'm happy to say that I can go through with it !!!

Nice staff who were patient!

I was a bit leary about having my hair removal session, but my nurse, Jessica made it a relaxing, comfortable experience. She explained everything in detail and continually asked if I was okay along the way. Even though the hair removal is a little bit painful (especially in some spots), Jessica kept talking to me to keep my mind off of it. Vanessa the receptionist is also very wonderful. She explains the whole process in detail and puts you very much at ease. It is totally worth putting up with a little bit of uncomfortableness to know in the near future that my hair will be gone. Yippee....can't wait!!!
