It's impossible to get appointments so I can't get in on a regular basis. My appointments have been messed up by your scheduling people. I would buy more packages if I could actually get appointments but at this point I'll probably just do my laser elsewhere where I can actually get appointments.

I went in because this was a new location and closer to my house, I had been going to San Jose but live in Newark obviously Fremont was closer to me, Ciara was amazing! She gave great conversation, super bubbly, just overall amazing. She told me about a promo they had going on 10 sessions for any small area for 200 dollars and some change, I bit the bait because I had nothing but get experiences with LaserAway! Went in for my Brazilian and underarms, which I was there to get, but they said they could start the lip that day! Keep in mind I did not shave nor did I get instructions on before or aftercare of the top lip. Got all three areas treated, AMAZING like usual! When I set my next appointment the lip appointment was 4 weeks and the Brazilian and underarms was 6 weeks. Now for this experience! Lord, it is sad to think about how this happened and how I am disappointed in the company as a whole! Walked in, once again Ciara was AMAZING, went to the back and the nurse (whose name I will not include because she was a genuinely kind woman who made a HUGE mistake). She asks me if I was there for Lip, Brazilian and underarm (RED FLAG NUMBER ONE)! I assured her I was only there for my lip and Brazilian and underarms were in two weeks, she checked the system and told me I was correct. As I was sitting in the lobby a woman came in to purchase lip removal for her mother and asked if her mother would have to shave and Ciara showed her a super cool tool she could buy instead of having such a sensitive area, so I asked the nurse if me shaving would make this session hurt or less effective. She told me that it would be fine as long as the hairs were not longer than a grain of rice, put her glasses on looked at my area and told me I would be fine because of how short it was! She attempted to start and realized the machine was not on (RED FLAG NUMBER TWO), she got the machine on and the first zap of the laser HURT BADLY!!!! She immediately said WOAH there's a little firework, I told her OMG it hurt. After a few zaps and me beginning to sweat and clinch in pain, she offered to just put cold air in it and take a small break from the laser. She finishes, I lift up, take the glasses and wipe tears and sweat from my face. She hands me the mirror and I show here where she pulled skin, she takes a cotton swab(RED FLAG NUMBER3) and tries to pull the skin off! She sends me home with hydrocortisone, as soon as I get in my car my face is BURNING, I drive home very quickly and hurry to get ice on it. I have never felt this and was so scared, it felt like my face was burning from the inside out! I call and let them know I was coming back and not to close. I get there and as soon as the nurse sees the burns on my face she begins to cry and tell me how sorry she was! She told me she spoke to the Supervisor and I should have shaved because although the hairs weren't they were thick! Now, I read the email they sent me when I started Brazilian and underarms and shaving isn't a necessity for sensitive areas you can just trim. SO that was bull! Now sitting in there talking to this nurse she told me out of her own mouth that she was burning hairs which were burning my skin!!!!!! Never did she stop, lower the machine, anything! There was sparks the WHOLE SESSION! The next morning I woke up the burns was so much worse than the night before! The nurse emails me to check on me, I send her pictures of my face and she immediately tells me the Regional Director would be in contact with me!!! I talk to the director who prescribes me medication, REGRETS TO TELL ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE 52 DOLLAR COPAY, tried to tell me I didn't have to go to my doctor because the PICTURES they had was good enough! Then Taylor, who is the Customer Service Manager, calls to talk about my refund after sending me an email saying in order for my refund to be processed I had to sign and send back a Full Release of Claims and Demands! I refused to sign that! I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE AT LASERAWAY SINCE THAT CONVERSATION, ALTHOUGH THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE CHECKING ON ME! I sent an email yesterday requesting information, no response, called Taylor, no answer, left a message, no return call. I am a Mother to a 5-year-old boy who goes outside of the house trying to cover her face because of how bad these burns are, there is a 50/50 chance of scaring and LaserAway had gone radio silent!

Staff was friendly but for the price point i would expect better. I have been to other med spas and have had laser that had better results and were 90% cheaper.

Best service ever, staff very kind and welcoming and very helpful on everything!!!!!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and my tattoo removal is coming along very nice.
