Great service great results !

I have had a great experience with my treatments. However, I do have to say that I think it’s ridiculous when you get turned away when you are 5 minutes late but when you arrive on time or 10 minutes early, they make you wait at least 10 or 15 minutes. I think there should be a time grace period of at least 10 minutes as traffic in LA is unpredictable.

Customer service is good until you want to ask questions or need to cancel. They also forced me to take pictures in my underwear in order for them to even consider canceling me. It should not take 1-2 weeks of consistently calling the location in order to do a cancellation. They also charged me for more services than I wanted and wasn’t aware about.

Nervous that after my 8 sessions I’m still not going to see the results that I want. I’m going into session 7 in a few weeks and I’m still growing hair. Recently my appointments have been changing unbeknownst to me, which is weird.

I really like the results I’m getting and the nurses are so nice and I recommend everyone to check out Laser Away...

LaserAway is efficient no frills kind of place. If you want a spa like experience this isn’t it. The girls are nice enough, I would suggest if you have never been here go with a groupon, I wish I would have. I bought one after I had paid for my treatments and they wouldn’t let me use it, the girl at the desk said I could use it as a credit or wait a year. I had clear and brilliant done, it was somewhat effective, not sure it was worth the $1,100 but now I know . The girls said you need six treatments but paying $2200 for something I had never tried wasn’t happening! Overall a decent experience , painful but decent. I will wait a year and use my Groupon for my next visit!

Scheduling is extremely difficult. Once you have to cancel the next available appointment is in 4 months or something. I purchased 8 treatment package for whole body, and after 2-3 months all the hair grew back. The maintenance package is supposed to be 55% off if you need to purchase more, but they keep saying the prices are higher now even with the discount you need to pay more than you paid at the beginning. And my friend we are talking about couple thousand dollars. You get a smooth hair free month or two and then everything comes back. I’m not sure if it’s worth to spend a fortune on that.

Laser hair Brazilian should be more thorough to cover all areas. New nurses should be better trained for that and clear and brilliant procedure to be more effective. I have had several treatments of both and there are only a couple of nurses that I prefer.
