Tattoo laser removal results are amazing. I have a few more sessions to go . The pain is minimal and the customer service is good.

Honestly I was very very disappointed in my LaserAway experience. I bought a groupon for 3 sessions on one small area and I was so excited to try them! As someone who has done Laser hair removal many times before, I know what to expect. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at LaserAway on all three visits. First, the receptionists were rude on each visit. Second, my appointment was not even on the schedule when I came in for the second appointment when I literally made the appointment in person. Third, I felt that the method they used wasn’t effective. While the laser was effective, they were very rushed and missed many spots on my underarms. There was no rhyme or reason they just kind of aimed and fired wherever they felt needed it. I now have patchy underarms. All in all, very disappointing experience. Will now be moving over to SEV laser.

My very first appointment, I arrived at my scheduled time, after about a 20 minute wait I was brought to the back for the mandatory orientation. Once that was completed, I was brought back to the reception area to wait for an open room. After an hour of waiting, I was told I would need to come back at a later time because there were no nurses available due to a training session that was taking place. My appointment was scheduled a week prior and I was even called the day before for confirmation; not once was it suggested that I reschedule. Mind you, I live 45 minutes away so was not able to return for another few weeks and had it not been for a Groupon I purchased I would never go back. Since I did get a good deal I decided to return - this one was a little better considering I was actually seen and received my laser tattoo treatment but I was not satisfied with the way my tattoo looked. I have had laser treatments before and am familiar with the process and how the tattoos should look immediately during and after. There was no frosting, hardly any "popping" not even any redness afterwards. Even the nurse commented that she would have liked to "hear more popping". I did leave that appointment feeling like it was a waste but considering how I was treated before I decided that complaining would fall on deaf ears, especially since the reviews I have read indicated as much. The package I purchased was for 3 treatments - I did go in for my second treatment and made my nurse aware of my concerns and that one was much better and yielded the results I expected. While the first nurse was very nice, I felt that it was a waste of a treatment. The second nurse is the reason this review is 2 stars instead of one. Again, this was a package purchased through Groupon which is the only reason I returned but I would not recommend this place.

Cant say im not happy with my laser hair removal results. Got the full body 10 treatment package and 80% of my hair is gone. The rest grows back in small patches and the hair is thin, hardly noticeable. All the receptionist are very sweet. I was expecting 100% removal as i was consistent with my treatments but i appreciate the discount for touch ups. Thank you Laser away i feel so confident now that i have less hair

I used a Groupon for an IPL and I really don’t know if that affected the quality of service I received. I noticed no difference but I did get offered a huge membership packet over $1000. I was kind of reluctant to sign up for it being that I first wanted to see if the first treatment did anything which I did not
