I bought a 3 pack of IPL on Groupon. I'm experienced with IPLs and have had treatments at doctor supervised medical spas with success. I was a little wary, but the cost for 3 was around $100 when I paid $1,000 for 3 in the past so I was willing to give it a try. I saw little to no progress after my first two. The technician at my second appointment told me I'd probably need more. I don't know how many more, but after three I was happy with my results at the med spa. I told the technician on the third visit that I didn't see much to any results and she turned up the settings to the maximum. My forehead burnt and she saw I was flinching. Luckily she turned down the settings on the rest of my face so I just had a burnt forehead. Once again little to no results elsewhere. Everyone is nice here, but they really do an upsell and try to get you to purchase more treatments. I'm actually a sucker for that if I see results, but since I saw negative results I didn't purchase anymore.

Really hit and miss technicians that will miss entire patches, be inconsistent with power (sometimes to the point that an entire session will be ineffective) but I guess you get what you pay for

I have never felt more comfortable! Both aesthetic nurses were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

What has typically taken 1 hour to complete (legs with laser) took 30 minute. My concerns, when raised, were immediately dismissed. I was spoken down to. Results compared to other friends using the same machine have been substantially worst. My opinion of LaserAway varies based on my technician. Not pleased with latest visit. Have had better visits in the past.

The nurses are wonderful. However the front desk staff are too focused on sales, there is a constant sales pitch. They did so much to get me to buy the package but the customer service severely declined after the package was bought. They almost cancelled my appointment for being 5mins late (I called them and let them know I was stuck in traffic), but then kept me waiting for 25mins on a 15minute botox appointment. I will keep going in order to use up my package but will go elsewhere after the package is complete.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Leyla is very caring and strives to get the best results out of each treatment. I’m very satisfied with how my face has improved with just a couple of treatments. I’m no longer hiding behind makeup and it’s a relief to find something that works so efficiently.

I had to wait for more than an hour at my first appointment. I sat in the reception area, and nobody could give me an estimated time. The nurse never apologized when I finally got to see her! I complained to the front desk, and they did said sorry. The manager was not available. When a complaint of this magnitude, at the very least, I would expect a call back from the manager. Furthermore, the nurse missed spots during appointment and denied it when I try to tell her. I have definite spots of untreated area. I would have never gone back, except I had already paid for a package. After you've paid for a package, I guess they have no incentive to do a good job. On the plus side, the receptionists are very pleasant.
