This place is truly the best!
This place is truly the best! Knowledgeable and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this Las Vegas location to anyone. Love it here!

The person who did my IPL was…excellent
The person who did my IPL was wonderful! She fully explained everything and had excellent bed side manor. I have been very happy with the results & would definitely go back. The staff was a little less professional than I would have expected. One girl came out wearing some kind of treatment mask and sat at the front desk to greet customers.

I didn’t see or feel any result not…
I didn’t see or feel any result not from 1st, not from 2nd or 3rd time of Ipl photo facial, I did mention that I probably need higher/stronger setting, but I don’t think they take it to consideration, perhaps that was the issue

The RN wasn’t very nice.
The RN wasn’t very nice and wrapped a bandage all the way around my calf instead of just on the tattoo. This was the first unpleasant visit I have had with Laser Away.

The technicians are polite and the…
The technicians are polite and the office was very clean but after eight sessions, I have hair around my ankles, which means the technician didn't cover that area of my legs... or least some of them didn't. One of the major drawbacks to Laser Away is that you have a different nurse every time you go in so there's no client relationship. No one to track your progress with you. Sometimes the nurse would be kind and help wipe the chalk marks off your legs, others wouldn't. Just sort of a bummer to pay over two grand and not feel cared about.

My experience with laseraway has been overpriced and unprofessional
My experience with laseraway has been has made me feel like a lab rat. It is evident that the staff are nurses in training for the most part. They are awkward and make getting a Brazilian feel uncomfortable. I do not feel uncomfortable about the process myself but at times I feel like I am trying to normalize the experience instead of the other way around. It wasn’t until I began treatment for other areas at a new spa that I’ve come to realize how over priced and inexperienced laseraway nurses are. My whole experience has felt very unprofessional and I have definitely been over charged. I am now just waiting for my package to end and pay off my bill. I will be going elsewhere for touch ups and continued treatments.

Everyone here is helpful and sweet! I mixed up my appointments and Nadia went into overdrive trying to accomodate me last minute. Thank you ladies you are the best!
