friendly but bad results
friendly staff full of beautiful women!! :) but the laser tattoo removal results are by far the worst I've ever experienced. 1 session i have elsewhere beats the 6 they have done for me not sure if this is so they can make money by making you return but i will take my business elsewhere in the future.

A drive-in experience
LaserAway has been an OK experience so far. The location is beautiful - great branding, clean facilities, etc. However, the experience with the nurses has not been the best. They are all super nice but I can tell they are trying to get me out of there ASAP. I feel like the whole process is incredibly rushed and they spend maybe a minute on some areas!!... I'm on my 3rd session so far and I'm hopeful that my experience will improve. So far I would not recommend LA to my friends and I wish I would've had consultations at a few other places before deciding to go here. Praying all of this time and money is worth it in the end. We shall see!

Friendly and Professional
Everyone at Laser Away is so friendly and helpful. They explain the procedures and what to expect. The facility is very clean and everyone always takes the necessary precautions to be sure you are safe and comfortable. Laser Away is a great place to go.

Just completed my three IPL treatments…
Just completed my three IPL treatments with Shelby the RN at laseraway. Beautiful facility and amazing care from Shelby who takes her time to explain procedure and how to care for your skin post treatments. I get compliments daily about my skin, thank you laseraway and Shelby!

Treatments aside, the experience can be better
Inconsistent treatments: All the staff are definitely experienced and know what they are doing. But there are very obvious inconsistencies in methods and services they provide to me. Some were very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable and never made me feel rushed. While some clearly just wanted to move along and didn't take the time to do a thorough job. One obvious difference that made me feel most uncertain about LA was when I had a nurse/staff that would take the trouble to mark the “regions” around the bikini line and took her time to really go through the regions while making sure I am fully aware of how she will be working her way through. It was my 4th treatment and yet it was my first time ever coming across someone so thorough. Not to mention she was very patient and entertaining to help take my mind off the discomfort! Extremely busy schedule: One thing to keep in mind if you ever want to use LA services. It is extremely difficult to find a replacement schedule. I have started my treatment for 10 months now and I’ve only made it to my 4th treatment because every time I had to change my schedule, it is at least 4-6 weeks pushed out. I don’t think it’s something LA intentionally make it difficult but it’s just a fact I wanted to point out because it may take a much longer time to complete a full treatment! Ease of treatment: Treatments so far has been easy on me. For the most part if you communicate with the nurse/staff, they know how to get you alternatives. So I’m glad that I don’t have to go through a great deal of pain or discomfort. It’s manageable!
