This place is not why it presents. Their prices are exaggerated and change depending on when and who you are talking to. During my free consultation I was told facial hair laser treatment includes whatever area you choose and is considered one area (face) and costs little over 1000. Then in Groupon they posted small area offer (which apparently they mean only upper lip) which is supposedly priced as $1300-but now discounted to $89. How is full face area little over $1000 and upper lip $1300. Prices don’t match. I was confused but still wanted to give them a shot. I thought what an awesome opportunity to test this place out without spending 3K on all areas I wanted treated. There are so many places to go with so it’s hard to know if you get the service you were promised. I bought the Groupon. When I called to schedule appointment I was told that because I had a consultation (!!!!!!) I am now considered their patient (?!) and not eligible for Groupon deal. Hilarious. Well, no wonder. Since I had consultation you no longer can feed me any BS you want and I know how you manipulate your customers and your prices. I can only imagine the poor quality of your work. This place is not about YOU. IT’S ABOUT THEIR PROFIT. I’m so glad I didn’t spend a dime to find that out. Groupon refunded me. Laser Away is shady. Go somewhere else.

Laser away has THE BEST costumer service I have ever received anywhere! My first time in for a consultation I was very hesitant and thought it might be a scam but I was blown away. The people there are so nice and understanding. I’m a freshman in college on a tight budget, and they worked with me giving me amazing deals so that I could afford laser hair removal. I’ve only had one treatment so far and I can’t wait to see the results!!

It has been an experience to me regarding my dark spots and acne scars I have seem little improvement on my 5 treatment not has inspected ,or maybe ii need more sessions ?

LaserAway was great on my first visit and I felt so confident having my treatments done there. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I liked this place so much I referred my best friend to refund her groupon that she had purchased at another place and come to LaserAway. She did and has also had a great experience. I really wanted to continue and do more treatments here but when I was told I can no longer purchase any additional groupons it was a bit disappointing. My best friend was told that they would honor any additional groupons if she were to purchase more. I really wanted keep coming to this place because I see that the company and the people are great but that was pretty discouraging for me and they seemed so unhelpful.

Very Impressed! I've now had 3 procedures/services at LaserAway in Southlake. I am very pleased. They are very professional and friendly. I will go back!

I have had the worst experience W this company! I have never had such a bad experience! The staff tries to talk you into services you do not need. I was charged double for a service I was talked into getting that did not work (in fact my face looks terrible form the service) I try to communicate w Laser Away and the hang up before you can speak to the person you called for. DO NOT USE LASER AWAY!

I was going to give it 3 stars but then read that’s “average”, and it’s definitely below average. I’ve attended both the Sherman Oaks and Woodland Hills Laseraway which apparently, Sherman oaks is the most advertised one. I paid I don’t even know, almost $2000 if not that for underarm and Brazilian in which they told me that the bonus lasers could be used for another area if I only needed so many treatments in one area. LIES. They refused to do that!! 1)LASERAWAY IS at least 3x overpriced than ANY OTHER LASER HAIR REMOVAL PLACE FIRST OF ALL!!! I have gfs that paid really expensive somewhere else then got like a $300 Groupon package instead and have been hairless foreverrrrr. I went to a cheaper place where I got a wonderful different procedure and they offered laser and gave me two free sessions, worked just as fine or even better and the customer service WAYYYY better. 2)LaserWay NEVER CALLS YOU BACK, let’s see Directors: JAMIE, marissa or Marin who I asked for names about who would be calling back, THANKS that none of you did. LIKE THE LAST COUPLE OF TIMES I HAVE CALLED. 3) if you have a concern or issue, at least one telephone rep will ALWAYS HANG UP ON YOU. (That’s prob what happens when you hire young girls to be your call center) 4) IT BARELY WORKS. When you go for your interview they SWEAR they will work with you if you are UNHAPPY. The director swears to finish your sessions and they’ll give you a free one, lies lies lies. Hence this post, thanks for never calling back. 5) THEYRE INCONSISTENT!! having two locations but some of the same RNs or whatever do my treatment they all do it so differently and some half a$$ it!! I wasn’t aware of how the procedure should go the first few times I was very uncomfortable but then after I realized how much others skip areas or are too shy to get in there and just want you out fast than going thoroughly only after I complained. 6) NOT RECOMMENDED. Don’t do it!!!! The locations may seem cute and respectable but it’s the equivalent of going to Bubba Gump Shrimp in San Francisco for the first time. Looks great, great rep because of its marketing, ABSOLUTE TRASH FOOD AND TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS WAY OVERPRICED AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL. I promise you you’ll be happier going to a McDonald drive through in the ghetto than spending so much money on this place!!! It’s a SCAM! P.S. I am a 27 yr old very nice lady usually, but especially in person or the phone, and have light skin and very black dark hair that is supposed to be “ideal” for treatment. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.

Hair do come back
