Can anyone help me? I am no longer getting their services because I’m pregnant and they do not want refund me ..... I’m panicking what do I do? Someone help ...

Buyer Beware!!!! They are very quick to sugarcoat whatever procedure you're interested in to make the sale. If there is an issue at all, good luck with that!! They leave you high and dry!! They lie through their teeth!! They make promises they can't keep. A simple call back you're expecting? NOPE!!! DON'T COUNT ON THEM! I even got hung up on, what an utter lack of respect... I'm trying to save somone a headache at the very least. Save your money and go somewhere else. Misrepresentation of product to make a sale and get their commission, is so unethical. That's what happened to me. I hope the same doesn't happen to anyone else! IMPORTANT!!!! The following is something i didn't do and with good faith will encourage you to do if you had a dubious transaction w them. In your negotiation on their eff up, get those units of botox or whatever they're trying to do in exchange to make up for the situation. Thereafter, get your money for the services not rendered and run!! All services rendered and although they effed up, will not be reimbursed. Lastly, I'm writing my opinions based on interactions I had with the few ppl that left a sour taste in my mouth to help others.

I purchased a package of six Clear and Brilliant treatments at the Laseraway location on Court Street in Brooklyn, NY. I purchased them right before we went into lockdown for COVID-19 so it took some time to get through all six treatments. I had four treatments and noticed absolutely no difference in the tone, texture or radiance of my skin, but I had spent nearly $2000 on the package otherwise I would have abandoned ship after the second treatment. Soon after the fifth treatment in January 2021 I noticed large dark patches on my face, almost like melasma. I had never experienced anything like this and it got progressively worse as the weeks went on. When I went back for the sixth and final treatment and showed the dark patches to the nurse she went back through old photos from previous treatments and said that she did notice these dark patches that had not been there before and she also noted that the last treatment had been done at a higher intensity on a different setting than previous treatments. She took pictures and said she would consult with some office. She sent me home with petroleum jelly packets and no hydrocortisone cream which is used to combat the inflammation (luckily I had some at home) and instructions for after care. A day or two later, I got a call from a customer care person who said they had looked at the pictures and it was post-inflammation induced hyperpigmentation and that it should clear up on its own in a few months and that they could offer me an additional Clear and Brilliant session. I told them I didn't feel comfortable having another one of these treatments because what if it caused more damage to my skin? I was also not keen that we were heading into summer and I would have to avoid the sun after having another one of these treatments and using a fade cream that makes you photosensitive to fade the hyperpigmentation. I made an appointment with a dermatologist who prescribed prescription strength hydroquinone which I had to pay for out of pocket. Laseraway offered no other remedy but a free Clear and Brilliant session or some "spot creme" (which they never described what it was, the strength, how long it takes to work, etc.), and on top of it accused me of not doing proper aftercare, despite the fact that I had four previous sessions and this hadn't happened and I follow the instructions to the letter. Let these people near your face at your own risk if you are doing laser treatments. I can't speak to their track record for other services (laser hair removal, Botox, etc.), but my experience getting the Clear and Brilliant is that it did more harm than good and I ended up spending hundreds for a dermatologist visit to fix a problem I never had before I went for treatments at Laseraway.

Like many others, I am forced to write this review out of sheer frustration. I have purchased a large package with laser away. I was super excited to start my treatments with them initially until I realized that the company is selling more packages then they can actually service. I had 2 emergencies come up due to which I had to reschedule, however rescheduling appointments with laser away is nothing short of a HORROR! So unless you’re a robot who doesn’t have life have to them and emergencies come up, I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this company! I’m waiting to “hear back” from the manager since the last week of February. Apparently they’re too busy to even return phone calls. I been hung up on, I have made 14 calls in an hour, all of which were not answered. I have shown up to my appointments and had a stranger present in the room while I was lying on the bed exposed, with no explanation as to why that person was there. Unprofessional behavior is all I have gotten from this company and I’m extremely disappointed given the amount of money I have paid to be treated this way! They will be super nice to you at the time of singing you up, once you’ve signed the contract you’ll be forgotten goods!

Had tattoo removal treatment at Woodbury location. Service i received from employer Remi Z and Brittany R and Louise M was exceptional. I was really impressed with the tender loving care I received ❤

TOTALLY AGREE with previous review on they are only nice to get you in. CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible, managers are rude and unhelpful. Save yourselves the grief and go somewhere else. Not worth being treated with caddy rude attitudes! DO NOT USE THEM!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS COMPANY. The very first day I clearly explained to them that I had laser hair removal and it didn't work for me and if this company wanna tell me that I have to pay extra beside $5000 at the end to get the result I am not gonna spend my money here. I was told by their counselor that they are going to take care of me till I get the promised result(Only got 20% result). After a year since my sessions are over and now I am being told that they are sorry but I have to pay again. Tried to call a head quarter corporate more than 7 times to get a hold of manager. The only thing that I hear after a month is they are going to escalate my complaint to the manager and MAYBE will call me back.

Very disappointed in the Dublin location. Purchased clear and brilliant package after they told me I could use it during the Spring months. Told them I was going to LA that weekend. Was told I should start the treatment- that I would be fine. Needless to say my skin burned. After going back and forth with them they refunded the rest of the package but wouldn't refund the session where I had face burns. AND don't purchase hair removal off Groupon- their fine print is misleading - I purchased hair removal 2 years ago. Purchased another recently - but they won't honor it. Total scam. Unprofessional
