My stick vac was amazing until it wasn’t. The roller stopped spinning and I did every troubleshooting thing I could. I sent countless emails asking for help. I got no response. I can’t find a phone number to call. Wasted my money. I wish the customer service could help me.

DO NOT BUY! Do not buy this vacuum. Worst product ever, broke from the get go. They sent me a replacement that was even more damaged and now I'm stuck with a faulty robot and will have to fork out to buy another from somewhere else. They ignore emails and refuse to help. Company needs to be shut down.

Awful customer service. I had an issue with the robovaccum I purchased and customer service said they will replace the battery for me as that’s the issue and now it’s been months I’m getting no reply from them. I keep emailing them but nothing. Now I have something I paid so much for and it doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your money.

Wow im super upset with this Vacuum cleaner... I think I got a faulty Vacuum Cleaner from you guys... From day one its been struggling to even pick up feathers and little seeds.... Im very dissapointed in this product plus there is zero customer service after u buy this product... I've emailed a few times without any response. ( WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ) ONLY DISSAPOINTMENT WILL FOLLOW... IM MOST UPSET AS I SAVED FOR THIS VACUUM SO HARD... AND NOW THEY JUST IGNORE ME 🙄 THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR .....

Laresar may be the worst customer support I've seen until now... Broken vaccum with an error, they told they would replace the battery and so on so further and it's been 8 months and they didn't even own up to it! They waited until the end of my warranty to stop responding! Please DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this company unless you want to throw your money in the gargage!!

L'aspirapolvere va bene, ma nom esiste che l'acquisti su Amazon e poi non trovi i ricambi. Puoi praticamente buttarla. Mai più acquisterò marchi che non siano conosciuti. Tra l'altro costata più di altre blasonate marche, ma ripeto, l'aspirapolvere è perfettamente funzionante e questo frustra ancora di più che devo buttarla perché non posso cambiare il filtro. Vergognoso
