Wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing, but too unwell at the time to do a detailed search. Product was always faulty and even received an email about faulty product and need for replacement after purchasing. Now stopped working all together, 1,5 yrs after purchasing. My warranty is still valid and they keep saying it is expired and they cannot help me. I have sent several emails, videos and copies of documents to no avail. There is no phone number or any other website to write something and they have no twitter or any other online profile presence. You access the support via email, and sometimes someone may respond after weeks with no helpful information or advice. They have no service or after sales support in the UK at least. Even this Trustpilot page is unclaimed! Guess why.

I was really happy with the Laresar 6 Pro for about 18 months—great suction, smart navigation, and reliable cleaning. Then it started showing a “battery not installed” error. I tried replacing the battery, but it didn’t help. I contacted the supplier (still under warranty), sent a video as requested, and then… nothing. No follow-up despite several messages. Luckily, Amazon stepped in and refunded me after I returned the unit. It’s a great device when it works, but the lack of customer support is a serious concern.

Unit broke 5 weeks in, making me just through hoops to prove an issue constantly telling me to do different things I know won't work as the unit is dead, no buttons do anything. Now asked me to 'short-circuit the charging seat shrapnel with a screwdriver or scissors', if this is what i think this may not even be safe to do.

Terrible customer, service, or lack of. The vacuum is pretty good, but I’ve been trying and trying to get someone to answer me via email as I need a part replaced on my dustbin and they do not respond. The only way to contact them is through email. If anybody else knows how to get a hold of them please let me know.

This must be the worst company ever for customer support. I had a faulty that occurred on my L6 pro on the last day of warranty. They sent sever options bty e-mail to resolve and eventually said they would replace the unit. surprise surprise they came back and said they wouldn't as it was "out of warranty". Despite over 30 e-mails now no one has responded, I've now given up. I would never go near this company again and Amazon should delist them for poor service.

I’ve been emailing Laresar support for months about a faulty dust-collection feature. I’ve followed all troubleshooting steps, multiple times, sent photos of the issue, and waited patiently, but nothing works. The machine is essential to my daily routine, especially now that I'm unwell and physically limited. The lack of real solutions (only self-testing guides) has turned this into a stressful ordeal. My warranty expires in September and it feels like they’re stalling until it’s void. I’m deeply disappointed by the poor service and product quality. Please improve, Laresar, customers deserve better. If no action is taken, I’ll escalate the complaint to consumer channels.

Der Saugroboter ging kaputt. Zuerst hat mir der Service geholfen, den Fehler zu finden. Der Akku war kaputt. Dieser sollte zugesandt werden, ist aber nach mehreren Wochen nicht angekommen. Dann habe ich beschlossen, das Geld zurück zu bekommen und eine Frist gesetzt. Hierauf hat sich der Kundenservice nie mehr gemeldet.
