Laptop battery is still in the box
Laptop battery is still in the box. Requested an RMA for over 3 months never any response from the company. It is a scam they load data encryption spyware onto your computer and hold you ransom. UPDATE: 04-08-2025 Person responded asking if I sent the battery back already? Uhhh. No. LTBD will not accept return without an RMA, additionally they donot have a return address on the box nor an American address in Customer Service, ONLY Hong Kong address. My recent communication with LaptopBatteryDirect.com: MANAGER, LTBD, Please send me RMA with Address to return it the Laptop Battery to you. I will mail it to Laptop Battery A.S.A.P Thank you Update 04-09-2025: Manager LTBD has provided RMA and Return Address. I will return the unused product today. Thank you Manager LTBD
