Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe. We fully understand the frustration this causes, especially when you are in urgent need of the item. While the vast majority of our orders arrive on schedule, unforeseen circumstances—such as customs inspections—can occasionally cause delays that are beyond the control of both the carrier and ourselves. We also recognize that a lack of timely tracking updates during this period likely added to your anxiety and uncertainty. We would like to note that such logistics delays are rare exceptions rather than the norm. In cases of significant delays, lost packages, or prolonged stagnation, we strive to coordinate with the carrier, provide timely status updates, and offer solutions such as reshipment or a refund. Given that a prolonged wait was not a viable option for you, we fully understand and respect your decision to request a refund. At present, we are unable to locate the specific order associated with this review. If you are willing to provide your order number, we would be happy to investigate the matter internally to gain a clearer understanding of the situation. We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your valuable feedback, which will help us improve our logistics communication and customer service experience. Best regards, laptopbatterydirect.net Team
