Dear Customer, We're sorry to hear that the battery did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating this must have been and truly regret the inconvenience caused. Please note that actual battery life can vary significantly depending on each user's specific usage habits, system settings, and software environment. It is not possible to guarantee a fixed usage time for all users, even with the same model. That said, although the product was not defective and functioned within normal performance ranges, we still processed a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill to resolve the matter. As per our warranty policy, batteries are consumable products and will naturally degrade over time due to regular use — this is considered normal wear and is not covered as a product defect. We value your feedback and will continue working to improve both our product quality and customer experience. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right. Thank you again for your comments, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regards. laptopbatterydirect.net Team
