Dear y Eddie Junior, We sincerely apologize that your shopping experience did not meet your expectations. Although the product page indicates that items ship from our local warehouse in New Jersey, we may occasionally fulfill orders from our overseas logistics centers to ensure sufficient stock availability. This can sometimes impact delivery times; however, we inform customers of this arrangement after the order is placed rather than withholding the information. We understand that unexpected shipping delays cause significant inconvenience. While we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, international shipping can sometimes take longer than anticipated due to factors beyond our control. We have offered a solution to address your concerns and compensate for the inconvenience; we also note that your package has now been delivered. While we aim for prompt dispatch, international shipments can occasionally encounter unforeseen delays. We apologize once again. Thank you for your feedback, which helps us improve our service and communication. Please feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any further questions or require assistance. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, laptopbatterydirect.net Team

Hi David, Thank you for your honest feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We’re glad to hear the battery model was correct and delivered quickly, but we’re sorry that it arrived with a very low charge. Please note that for safety during international transport, batteries are required to be shipped at a low charge level (typically below 30%). This does not affect their lifespan — once recharged and calibrated through a few full charge/discharge cycles, the performance will stabilize. If you notice any issues after using it for a few days, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further or arrange a replacement if needed. Thank you again for your understanding and for choosing us. Best regards, laptopbatterydirect.net Team
