LandlordStationReviews of landlordstation.com

I recommend Landlord Station for background checks. This is the 5th time that I've used Landlord Station. I've run 5 background checks and rented to 4 of these individuals. Landlord Station is fast and thorough. This last time I ordered the $35 Credit/Criminal Background Check on a Sunday morning and by Monday morning the results were done. It only took that "long" because they had to wait until Monday morning to check on a possible criminal history- which turned out to be a traffic violation. I am always more than satisfied to use Landlord Station for background checks.

The process is very easy and quick helping to save time and effort during the tenant screening process. A truly professional company.i highly recommend them.

The service provided was exactly what I paid for.

Landlord station truly understands what a professional needs to screen tenants. Their service is quick, precise and simple to use. Plus I truly love the benefit of having one free screening per month.

I think the report is confusing and I’m unable to get much use from it

Too many glitches

A great tool for landlords to use when renting property. Whenever I had questions they would be answered quickly and clearly.

Is excellent
