Customer Service
I did not get a response for the email I sent to customer service. The platform was somewhat user-friendly. I needed better instructions to do what I wanted to do, yet there was no customer service phone number to connect with anyone to resolve my issues on the platform.

Hi, Pierce! I do show that you were able to get in contact with one of our team members and he walked you through the issue. While you can certainly call us at 866.613.7773 with any questions, we do provide limited customer service by phone. Email will often be quicker and we're able to provide visual walkthroughs to help answer your questions. Please let us know if you have any additional issues!

We’ve basically left Landlordstation…
We’ve basically left Landlordstation for most of our items of Property Management, as the platform could be SO much better and it always seems to be a glitch in the system that makes all the mistakes that come up. Disaster left and right.

Landlord Station's services are…
Landlord Station's services are excellent! The background reports that I received as part of tenant screening were thorough, comprehensive for the areas requested and delivered very fast. They allowed me to successfully screen and approve a long-distance tenant with ease and a sense of comfort.
